Australia’s Jacinta Carroll became the first female water ski athlete ever to jump 200 feet at the 2021 MasterCraft Pro on Saturday at Action Water Sports of Central Florida in Polk City, Fla. Carroll soared 202 feet (61.5 meters) to set a pending women’s world record.
If approved by the International Waterski & Wakeboard Federation’s Tournament Council, Carroll’s score will eclipse her current world record of 198 feet (60.3 meters) that she set at the same site on Sept. 7, 2016.
