    • Please notify those attending: Please use the link below to book your reservation no later than 01.08.26 to secure your extra special low rate! Keep in mind that your card will not be charged; however, there is a 48-hour cancellation policy, so the card will be PRE-AUTHORIZED for the first night’s room and tax 1 day prior to your arrival. Any card that declines will be given 1 courtesy call the day of decline to collect a valid card. After 6 pm that day, any non-guaranteed reservation will be cancelled.
