U.S. water ski athletes Nate Smith (McCordsville, Ind.) and Regina Jaquess (Santa Rosa Beach, Fla.) won the men’s and women’s slalom titles, respectively at the 2022 Lake 38 Pro-Am, June 4-5, in Quincy, Fla.

Smith won the men’s slalom title, scoring 4 buoys at 41 feet off in the finals. Canada’s Cole McCormick finished second (3 buoys at 41 feet off) and Great Britain’s Freddie Winter placed third (2-1/2 buoys at 41 feet off).

Jaquess won the women’s slalom title, scoring ½ buoy at 41 feet off in the finals. Canada’s Whitney McClintock finished second (4 buoys at 39-1/2 feet off) and U.S. athlete Allie Nicholson (Gallatin, Tenn.) placed third (3 buoys at 39-1/2 feet off).
