AWSA Accepting Bids For Junior U.S. Open, GOODE Nationals

The American Water Ski Association is accepting bids from local organizing clubs to host the 2023 Junior U.S. Open Water Ski Championships, 2024 Junior U.S. Open Water Ski Championships and 2024 GOODE Water Ski National Championships.
Interested clubs should contact AWSA President Lyman Hardy by Jan. 28, 2022.
The Junior U.S. Open is a two-round, world-record capability event featuring Junior Men/Junior Women (ages 17 to 21) and Boys/Girls (ages 16 and under) divisions. Some of the world's top junior water ski athletes compete for titles in slalom, tricks, jumping and overall. For more information on the Junior U.S. Open, click here.
The GOODE Water Ski National Championships is the world’s largest three-event water ski tournament and typically features more than 700 competitors competing over the course of five to seven days at a multi-lake site. The nation’s top water ski athletes – ranging in age from 5 to 80+ – compete for titles in slalom, tricks, jumping and overall.
