Currently consisting of three pillars (and evolving), USA Wake Sports is comprised of boat riding, cable and wakesurf. USA Wake Sports (formerly known as USA Wakeboard) is positioned to evolve and grow, as one of nine sport disciplines in the National Governing Body known as USA Water Ski & Wake Sports. USA-WSWS is recognized and supported by the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee. And yes, we are actively lobbying to become an Olympic Sport, with sights set on Brisbane, Australia in 2032.
Other important events in 2026 include World Championships in Boat, Cable and Wakesurf, various Team Trials and Pan American Championships.
Through this group, you can get Certification as a Coach (with optional liability insurance), Sanction and Insure your Events, and Affiliate your Club.
