U17 Worlds Intent to Enter!

To be considered for the Junior (U17) World team or to be entered as an independent or wild card you must complete this form and send all fees (entry and practice) to AWSA Headquarters once they have been announced. The fees can be sent to through PayPal to awsaheadquarters@gmail.com. The team manager or coach will contact those participants that have filled out the form at the email address provided with more information about the entry and practice fees once it is available.
