Chippewa Lake earned high-scoring awards for dock and equipment personnel, sound crew total, production, overall show, and high individual club act on the way to tallying a grand total 1,345.6 points.
The Chippewa Lake Water Ski Show Team (Norton, Ohio) won the 2024 City of Lakes Show Tournament on Saturday at Hidden Lake in Warsaw, Ind. Chippewa Lake earned high-scoring awards for dock and equipment personnel, sound crew total, production, overall show, and high individual club act on the way to tallying a grand total 1,345.6 points.
The host Lake City Skiers placed second with 1,342.17 points, followed by Silver Lake (Fenton, Mich.) with 1,077 points. The Arch Rivals (Lake St. Louis, Mo.) with 872.4 points and the Grand City Skiers (Norton Shores, Mich.) with 798.73 points rounded out the placements in the five-team field.
The tournament also included individual competition in swivel, swivel 180, swivel pairs, doubles, team jump and freestyle jump.
