Member Alert: Disciplinary Records Update

Please be advised that the following individual has been suspended Until Further Notice by the U.S. Center for SafeSport and USA Water Ski & Wake Sports. Taylor Berndt (Fremont, Wis.) – Suspension. Accordingly, this individual is prohibited from participating, in any capacity, in any activity or competition authorized by, organized by, sanctioned by, or under the auspices of USA Water Ski & Wake Sports or the USOPC, and/or any Local Affiliated Organizations of USA Water Ski & Wake Sorts (including any USA Water Ski & Wake Sports associations and clubs).

This individual has been placed on USA Water Ski & Wake Sports' list of suspended individuals.

This action affirms USA Water Ski & Wake Sports’ paramount goal of protecting its members and participants from victimization by sexual predators and other misconduct. It is our duty, along with the USOPC, to work together to form a culture of respect in sport.

Misconduct can be reported anonymously.

The U.S. Center for SafeSport and USA Water Ski & Wake Sports strongly recommend that all members of USA Water Ski & Wake Sports, particularly club presidents, club board members, volunteers and officials (judges, drivers, safety coordinators and scorers) complete SafeSport Training and Certification.

SafeSport Certification Requirements

SafeSport Certification: There is NO CHARGE for USA Water Ski & Wake Sports members to become SafeSport certified and certification is valid for one year. A SafeSport refresher course (no charge) is required for annual renewal of the certification.
