ONLINE REGISTRATION for Local Organizing Clubs (LOC)

Use the following steps to set up an Online Registration (OLR) account.
  1. Read Overview of Online Registration System
    All instruction documents open in their own windows so you can leave them open for reference while you work.
  2. Get a Pay Pal Business Account
    Skip this step if you already have one.
    For new Pay Pal accounts, wait until Pay Pal validates your Banking arrangements and fully activates your account before proceeding.
  3. Register your Pay Pal account with the OLR system by either of the following methods.
      Do it yourself using the Pay Pal Account Test Wizard
      or Contact HQ with your Club Name and Pay Pal Account ID
    This is a one time process for each Pay Pal Account. You can have multiple accounts.
Do the following for each tournament that will offer Online Registration
  1. Sanction your tournament with USA Water Ski - Full sanction approval is required.
    Sanctioning process has not changed.
  2. Pay the USA Water Ski $15 fee for Online Registration.
    (Fee is per tournament)
  3. Set fees, discounts etc. for your tournament in the LOC Setup Wizard .

  • At this time Online Registration is available for AWSA tournaments and some Grassroots events only. The system will be expanded to include others if interest warrants.
  • You must complete all the steps above or your tournament will not be availible for selection in the LOC Setup Wizard.
