Jaquess, Gay Win Still Waters Challenge Titles

U.S. water ski athletes Regina Jaquess (Santa Rosa Beach, Fla.) and Anna Gay (Winter Garden, Fla.) won respective titles on Sunday at the Still Waters Pro/Am Team Challenge at Still Waters in Oconomowoc, Wis. Jaquess won titles in womenís slalom and jumping, while Gay won womenís tricks.

In other events, Rodrigo Miranda (Chile) won menís jumping, while Adam Sedlmajer (Czech Republic) and Martin Kolman (Czech Republic) won slalom and tricks, respectively. The complete scorebook will be posted here as soon as it becomes available.

The event was shortened by a major rain delay on Sunday, which resulted in the cancellation of the final round of competition, including the scheduled overall team competition with winners from the Junior U.S. Open Water Ski Championships, which was held on Friday and Saturday.
