Canada's Dodd Wins Stokes Pro-Am

Canadaís Ryan Dodd soared 235 feet (71.6 meters) to win the menís jumping title at the 2018 Stokes Pro-Am, sponsored by the John J. Phillips Group, Aug. 3-4, at Hazelwoods Ski World in Thorpe on the Hill, England. The tournament included four rounds, with the longest jump of the four rounds determining the champion. U.S. athlete Freddy Krueger (Winter Garden, Fla.) finished second with a distance of 227 feet (69.3 meters).

U.S. athletes Scot Ellis (Auburndale, Fla.), Taylor Garcia (Winter Garden, Fla.) and Zack Worden (Orlando, Fla.) also competed. Worden placed fifth (220 feet), Garcia finished sixth (219 feet), and Ellis was11th (213 feet).
