Stillman Bell, 1919-2013

Stillman Bell, a recipient of the American Water Ski Educational Foundationís Award of Distinction in 2007 and a past president of the American Water Ski Association, passed away on June 10. He was 94 years old.

Bell, of Atlantic Beach, Fla., is distinguished by his achievements in organization and administration. He was a key organizer of the 1966 Water Ski National Championships in Miami; Southern Region executive vice president (1964-65); American Water Ski Association (AWSA) director (1969-71); and AWSA president (1971-72).
