Krueger, Jaquess Win Rocketman Titles

U.S. athletes Freddy Krueger (Winter Garden, Fla.) and Regina Jaquess (Santa Rosa Beach, Fla.) each won titles at the 2012 Rocketman Night Jump on Saturday night at Lake Grew in Polk City, Fla.

Krueger won the men's jumping title with a distance of 221 feet. Fellow U.S. athlete Scot Ellis finished runner-up with a 208-foot effort and Chile's Rodrigo Miranda was third with a distance of 171 feet.

Jaquess won the women's jumping title with a distance of 170 feet. Fellow U.S. athlete Lauren Morgan (Odessa, Fla.) was second with a 169-foot jump and France's Marion Mathieu was third with a 163-foot effort.
