As the director of marketing, Steve Upp is responsible for developing advertising for The Water Skier and sponsorships for USA Water Ski programs. He joined USA Water Ski in 1996.

Steve has more than 20 years experience in sponsorship sales. Prior to that he was the ancillary products sales manager for another water sports publication.

Steve graduated from University of Central Florida and now lives in Orlando with his wife Jennie and daughter, Summer.

When Steve is not working, he enjoys boating and water sports on Lake Conway with his family. He is also an avid saltwater fisherman and scuba diver and tries to get to the East Coast as much as possible to fish and dive for lobster.
